Mentors are professionals who guide and advise Mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their Mentees. This programme only accepts INSEAD Alumni as Mentors

Mentees are professional women in mid-career (or trying to return to the workforce after a break) who are facing career transition challenges and want to further their prospects, build their networks and get concrete professional guidance as they make their next professional move. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel. This programme only accepts INSEAD Alumnae as Mentees, and applicants need to be active members of the INSEAD NAA  Association of their country.

A £200* investment, paid as part of the application (covers a share of the costs of the Chronus technology platform that facilitates the programme) *This will remain unchanged until Dec. 31, 2021.
